Your card will be charged only when your goods are ready for dispatch.

Delivery charges are based on weight, so you pay for the total weight of the goods ordered - not each item.

The delivery charge will be worked out at the checkout.
All goods are sent by insured post.
Delivery is usually 7-14 working days. At busy times delivery may be up to 28 days.

Before returning your goods please contact me in writing either by 1st class mail or email. giving me your name, address, email and contact phone number.
The goods must be returned at your expense. Please include all original packaging etc. The goods must be unused and in the same condition they were supplied to you.
A full refund will be given within 30 days less the delivery costs incurred by me.
I strongly advise the goods are returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery or another insured carrier.
Any goods returned to me are not my responsability until delivered to my premises. I accept no liability for damage or loss in transit.

I will not share your personal information with any other parties.
